FAQ
I. Venue
Q: How do I set up my camera?
A1: The horizontal distance between the two cameras is 2 metres (maximum 2.5 metres) and the vertical distance is 1 metre. The height of the main camera is 1 metre (the camera facing the actor is the main camera), the height of the secondary camera is 0.9 metre, the camera is placed horizontally, and cannot look up or down. Failure to follow this requirement for site layout will result in loss of motion capture accuracy.
A2: Keep the camera level with the ground, avoid looking up or down, as this will not capture the legs, resulting in a loss of leg quality and shaking.
Q: Camera model selection
A1:1 Support 1080p 30 fps Wide angle Fov between 90°-120° webcam, two cameras of the same model are required.
A2: 90° wide angle webcam is provided by default, if your venue is smaller, you can consider bigger wide angle webcam, such as 110°, 120°, which can capture the whole body of motion capture actors in a closer position.
A3: Recommend emeetC960.
Q: How should a motion-capture actor stand
A: The motion-capture actor needs to stand in a position where his or her whole body can be captured by both cameras and make sure that he or she is also captured during the motion-capture, otherwise there will be a loss of accuracy.
Q: What are the requirements for light, lighting, etc.
A1: Make sure the camera picture is clearly visible and can clearly shoot the whole body of the motion-capture actor, you can open the camera software that comes with the system to watch whether the picture taken by the camera is clear.
A2: The camera can not be directly hit by artificial light source or sunlight, otherwise it will be blurred by backlight shooting.
Q: What are the requirements for clothing
A1: Try to avoid loose, flowing clothing (skirts, baggy half trousers)
A2: Don't cover your wrists, you need to pull up your sleeves.
A3: Wearing a mask will lose face capture, wearing glasses has a chance of affecting eye capture
A4: Try to avoid clothing and background colour exactly the same
Q: What are the requirements for the venue
A1: Try to keep the field as open as possible, avoid too much debris to cover
A2: Keep a certain level of brightness, too dark will lose the capture accuracy.
II. Common Capture Accuracy Loss Problems
Q: Finger shaking and twisting problem
A1: the wrist is blocked resulting in abnormal fingers, need to pull up the sleeve.
A2:After clicking Run, the initialisation process of the capture terminal program is caused by the motion-capture actor clenching his fist, and it is necessary to open the palm of the hand for initialisation
A3: The camera screen is blurred, and the fingers can't be captured due to strong light exposure
Q: Abnormal twisting and shaking of the legs
A1: The motion-capture actor is beyond the range of both cameras, too close to the camera
A2: Camera can't capture the legs resulting in shaking (camera placement height is too high, placing the camera in a tilted position)
A3: Sub-camera connection is unstable, dropped frames or high latency
Q:Poor capture quality
A1: Failure to place the camera as required, with the camera capturing backlit and blurred images
A2: The camera didn't get a full shot of your body.
III. FAQ about the Acquisition Terminal
Q: abnormally (Error: 800l,There is an exception in your windows, Antivirus software or windows denfender causes this)!
A1:Blocked by windows Security, you need to find the mistakenly deleted files in the protection history, recover them and add them to the trust zone, usually Cyan.exe and CyanMain.exe.

A2: Cameras are not placed according to the tutorial
Q:Open the capture terminal programme , not enough cameras are detected.
A1: Make sure both cameras are plugged into the computer and detected in the camera camera programme
A2: Make sure both cameras have the same model and name
Q:After clicking Run, the camera preview screen freezes
A: The webcam preview window freezes after clicking Run. This is normal because Windows does not allow two programmes to call the camera at the same time. It does not affect the use of the software.
Q:After the initialisation of the acquisition terminal is completed, the status bar turns red and shows that the leaving
A1: The actor is completely or partially out of the field of view of both cameras, please make sure that both cameras can capture the whole body of the actor.
A2:Too close to the camera, try to move away from the camera.
A3:Check if the camera placement is consistent with the tutorial, or the front and back cameras may be incorrectly identified, you need to click to switch cameras.
A4:There is an obvious shadow projection on the background wall, or there is a second person or a human-like object/poster in the venue.
Q:Serial number prompts that the bound host exceeds the upper limit
